The Big Night

Tonight is the night. I am all geared up for a night out with my hubby, sister, and her significant other. We're going to see Rascal Flatts with opening act Kellie Pickler. The guys are stoked for Ms Red High Heels. My sister and I are HUGE Rascal Flatts fans and I am super excited for the big show. These guys are amazing vocalists and they put on a very entertaining show. We're going to meet up before the show for a nice dinner at The Outback Steakhouse. Brien got a gift certificate for Christmas, so we'll get a free meal tonight. The kids are at Grandma's house. I'm trading in the diapers, wipes, sippy cups, and kiddos for lipstick, fun, and adult conversation! I'm really looking forward to tonight. What's on your agenda this weekend?!

I leave you with the video of Kellie Pickler on Fox's "Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader". This is great stuff if you've not seen it! This girl cracks me up.

New Arrival

As most of you probably already know I am a huge fan of the Country Music band, Rascal Flatts. I have been to three of their concerts here in Arkansas. On Tuesday, September 21st their new CD "Still Feels Good" will drop. I will be picking up a copy because I have every CD the Flatts have produced and I love their music. Just in case you haven't heard their stuff, go HERE to see their new Video and don't forget to head to stores next Tuesday so you can get their latest CD!!

The CMAs

I'm watching the 40th annual Country Music Awards with my family. Being from the South, I'm really proud to be a fan of Country Music.
It was great to see THE man, George Straight finally get inducted into the Hall Of Fame! : )
Carrie Underwood was honored with Female Entertainer of the Year!! You go girl! I am so proud of her. It is great to see her doing so well. I rooted for her on American Idol.

Kenny Chesney walked proud with the highest honor of the night...Entertainer of the Year, while Keith Urban was CMA's Male Vocalist of the Year.

My favorite performers of the night were

Martina McBride who sang a new song that I really liked

Rascal Flatts, did an awesome job as always. They are awesome!!!
