New Arrival

As most of you probably already know I am a huge fan of the Country Music band, Rascal Flatts. I have been to three of their concerts here in Arkansas. On Tuesday, September 21st their new CD "Still Feels Good" will drop. I will be picking up a copy because I have every CD the Flatts have produced and I love their music. Just in case you haven't heard their stuff, go HERE to see their new Video and don't forget to head to stores next Tuesday so you can get their latest CD!!

Nice, tight harmony!
I'm trying really hard to like country. My husband is a fan of a lot of country, especially the songs that sound like old rock and roll. I come from a classical and R&R background - but today's HipHop and rap has finally pushed me over the age divide when it comes to music. I like hard rock but the new stuff like My Chemical Romance is getting to be a bit much for me. So, my husband turned me on to Little Big Town and She Daisy. If it's got good harmony and interesting chords like the song in the video does (not the typical C-F-G chords!) then I'm learning...

I like them too. They have one song that I absolutely love ... "My Wish"... I've dedicated this song to my children...

They're not bad at all. I'll have to give the new CD a look.

I don't own any of their CDs but I do like the band; their songs have brought a tear to my eye on more than one occasion.

On a side note, isn't it great that Gracie mentioned My Chemical Romance and you know who they are??

Back when I had long hair, I was told that I look like the guy in the middle. I never saw the resemblance, though.
