Ruby Tuesday - Fresh Salsa
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - peeled and diced
Jalapeno Peppers - diced
Garlic - Freshly diced
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Salt and Pepper
All ingredients are "to taste". But for good measure you can add one medium pepper for about 15 medium sized tomatoes. One large clove of garlic should do the trick and three teaspoons of olive oil. I usually make it the night before an event because that gives all of the ingredients time to mesh together.

Ha! I live in the SW, and even I don't make my own salsa! It's just to easy for me to buy.
Do you blanch the tomatoes first?
