My 85th This Week's Theme: Plastic
The beautifully colorful hummingbirds flock to these
plastic flowers with pizazz! What I love most about this photo is that the little wings are flapping so fast that the camera could not capture them. I love trying to capture them on film. They have been scarce lately, I suppose due to the rain. The feeder is full and ready for them when they get thirsty again.
Just a friendly reminder that
this is the last week of the Douglas Plush Giveaway! All you have to do is
go to this post and leave a comment. A winner will be chosen randomly! It's that simple. Don't miss your chance. Do it now.

I like the way his feet cling to the edge of the "flower". I never thing or hummingbirds as having feet. lol.
I was at a loss for 'plastic' today, but saw your post on Facebook and got inspired! THANKS!
I have a Hummer Helmet (it's for feeders, the birds don't wear 'em, LoL) up at It's A Blog Eat Blog World - and if you look real close you might even see Little Isis's ear in the picture!!!
Have a great weekend, my friend!!!
I have seen a few hummingbirds around here but none come up to the feeder yet. It has been wet here as well. I need a new feeder too...
Mine is up here.
I wish we had a feeder but we don't. Maybe one day we will.
Thanks so much for visiting mine and leaving me such a wonderful comment. :)
Love hummingbirds and their feeders. How lucky to catch one.

It must be a nice experience watching hummingbirds in motion.
We don't have humming birds. I'd love to be able to see one. :)
