The winery has a large gift shop that includes buffalo sausage and other buffalo related items. That is why they raise buffalo. :D

The buck head would have a fascinating view also. I have had deer sausages but never buffalo...I'm so behind I thought Buffalo were extinct.thank you for sharing. now I know.

Those are great shots. Good take on the theme.
I have never toured a winery. But we did visit the Chevis Regal Distillery a couple years ago. At that time I had an old fashioned camera that used film - it never occurred to me to take pictures of the barrels. (With the digital I can go wild and take all kinds of fun images!)It was amazing to think some of the scotch is stored for 25 years! How long is wine stored before bottled?
There is a butcher shop in Huntley, Illinois that sells buffalo and squirrel meat. I always say I am too frugal to pay the price (truth is I am too chicken to taste either).
