Manic Monday - Fresh

MM Headquarters ~ Previous MMs
Fresh

I LOVE the smell of a freshly cut lawn, especially when there are green onions involved. Hubby got out and mowed the yard Saturday afternoon and I snapped this picture as he headed into the back yard. I love to mow the yard, trouble is that afterward, I'm usually a mess with allergies. So, I try to stay inside when he does yard work.

Here's a freshly graduated five year old. We participate in the HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters). This is Shelby's second year in the program and they had a graduation ceremony of sorts for the kiddos. She had a wonderful time. Coming up this week we'll have a ceremony at her day care. I'm sure this will be emotional for me as this will truly be a milestone. My little girl is growing up.

Hope you all have a fresh Manic Monday. Get out and get some fresh air and enjoy Spring!!!

With a wife who suffers terribly from hay fever, gardening is a risky business this time of year.
Windows shut, and decontamination before entering the house after mowing the lawn.

I love the smell of fresh cut hay drying in the fields. Yes, your little girl is growing up... just in time as you'll soon have fresh new diapers to change, haha.

Happy MM.

I think it would be fun to play in yur yard, it looks like a park. In a comment on my bloggy, you said something about I can play woof yur Oscar the weiner dog. Is Oscar a weiner? or a dog? Do I play woof him, or eat him? Make up my mind. Bark!

Congrats to Shelby, Tisha! And as for the freshly cut lawn I would die with itchy red eyes from allergies too! :)

I love the smell of freshly cut grass also. :-)

How adorable your little Shelby is. How are you feeling momma? You are moving down that chart mighty fast! Hugs and congratulations to Miss Shelby!
