Conversations with Shelby

Shelby: Mommy, Ms Shannon is going to burn off our class CD from graduation.

Me: Burn it, Why?

Shelby: Mom, not burn like fire. She is going to make a copy of it on CD.

Me: Thanks for clearing that up.

Later that evening she was in a public restroom and as she was taking care of business she proceeds to tell me:

Shelby: Mommy, when I poop fresh air comes out of my butt!

Me: Well, there's air comin' out of there but it ain't fresh.

Shelby:
Does air come out of your butt when you poop?

Me: (hearing laughter from the stall next to us) Just hurry up and finish with your fresh air, my dear!

Kids are getting so tech savvy at such a young age.

Ha ha! I like it when kids make each discovery sound so funny.

I just posted another Yohanism. Drop by if you have time. Take care!

Haha! I laughed out loud at this one, I had a very similar experience with my almost 3 year old in a public restroom just a week ago when she was peeing and some "fresh air" squeeked out and she looked at me and said 'hehe that was just a fart"...ok thanks honey, I heard giggling in the next stall as well!
