Your Mom is one smart cookie, and she sounds oddly familiar to mine. GREAT LIST!
That is all too familiar. I think my mother used every single one of those phrases. The sad thing is that I find myself spewing them out, too. I have used 3, 5, and 9 just recently.

My mother, and other people too, used to say #8 to me all the time when I was a child. And they were all wrong!!
