Looking at the Sky on Friday

Photobucket
Photobucket
Although the focal point of this photo is obviously not the sky I have not had much time to do sky photographing as of late and even if I did who wants to go out in the heat to do so?! This photo was taken by my father in law while he and Tyler were on a trail ride and I liked the shot. Since there was a piece of the sky, I thought I'd post it here rather than putting nothing.

School started back on Thursday and it's been a busy week here. I'm hoping that things will get back to "normal" real soon. If you're curious how Tyler's first day of kindergarten went, scroll down one post and read all about the horrific experience! *sniff* I'm STILL crying...

The land and sky combine to create a rugged vista, God's beauty in full view. The entire look is stunning, and that includes the sky.

Kindergarten comes and goes quite fast. Allegra first day of K was in 1993, and she graduated college this year (Cam's in 1994). We chronicled all those first days in photos that continue to be scanned so we can still remember...

I love the image! It looks like a place I'd love to visit!

I hope you're doing well, and I apologize that I haven't been around much. Life is getting the best of me!

Yep, it counts. I see sky! A trail ride sounds like a lot of fun.

The first day of kindergarten is sooo hard - for parents, not the kids!

The picture reminds me of my grandfathers farm.

Beautiful place, I would love to go on a trail ride there too! Not quite as boring as our cornfields ;-)
