I love it!!! What a sad state of affairs when blackberries (phones, not food) are more important than food...

You know what's really pathetic? That people believe that Blackberries cost $300 (that Pearl he's holding is only $49), and that service for the phone costs over $100 a month. Oh well, I get the gag, but the exaggerated part really irks me.

DS - For me it wasn't the cost of it. Just the irony. Maybe the guy wasn't even waiting in line to eat. Maybe he was a volunteer and just came around to take a picture. Who knows? It's just funny to me...

Who knows his circumstances, but the set-up is definitely priceless.

Homeless people need mobile phones so they can hold jobs. A lot of employers require a phone number where they can contact them. I've heard of a few people who had jobs where they employers had no clue they were homeless.

Don't you just love spam comments!! Anyway, back to the picture, I totally missed the fact that he was taking a pic with a blackberry. Sad but true state of affairs in this country today.

I'd like to believe that he was a volunteer or someone who was walking by and heard she was in there. Yes, that's it. I'm so sure he's not homeless with that type of phone and that type of bill. Surely not.

LOL... It took all of my energy not to laugh at that. :)
