Manic Monday - Moon

MM Headquarters ~ Previous MMs

I have a sick baby girl. Little Emily Grace has apparently caught what we've all been passing around the house. She and I sat up by the light of the moon last night. She has a horrible little rattle in her chest and a very stuffy nose. She also got sick to her tummy last night. She ran fever a big part of the night and for me that is a scary thing, especially considering she's only 5 weeks old. So, due to the lack of sleep and the fact that my coffee cup is empty and I can hardly think, this is my Manic Monday post in all its glory.

Things to look forward to later on this week (if I can get my mind to function):
-Box Car Derby update
-The family visit to the pumpkin patch
-Halloween stuff

Not doing MM this week, but wanted to send feel better wishes to the family and little EG, I'll be sending a package to her this week. Nothing much but something from her cyber auntie Penelope Anne.
Cannot wait to hear the results of the derby, see pics of the pumpkin patch, and most of all know you are all feeling better.

I hope your little Emily Grace (such a beautiful name!) feels better soon. Mommie's don't ever get a break but worse than that is a wee one that doesn't feel well. Try not to worry so much and I'll pray that you all feel better soon!

I hope little Miss Emily is feeling much better soon. Have fun at the Pumplin Patch. We went to a corn maze yesterday afternoon and had a great time.

Oh poor little one. I know how upsetting that can be when they are so young. My daughter caught a nasty cold around 2 months old. I was frantic.

Sending prayers your way.

I'm so sorry...there's nothing more upsetting than a little sick one. They can't tell you where they hurt and you can only do so much to reassure them...I hope that she's doing better by the time you read this.

Hi Tish. I am so sad to hear that wee Emily Grace is ill. I send her positive thoughts, and know that she is soon healthy and happy again. I hope you get some rest soon. It's hard enough having a new babe in the house, but then when babe is ill it takes that much more of you. Sending love and hugs to both of you.

Hope she gets better asap...
It happened the same when Eric was a newborn...Fortunately I had bought an aerosol machine by the time he was born. They are quite handy when he's sick like that.
