Yay, I'm first! And it's a subject I am soooo familiar with! I am totally with you! I can't stand SpongeBob! Yet my son would watch it 24/7 if I would let him. I just don't get the humor. SpongeBob's laugh alone makes my ears bleed!

I'm another one who can't stand the SpongeBob... however, I did survive the 4-D SpongeBob movie at the Shedd Aquarium.
Now I want a crab cake.

So much of children's programming is hard to take for the adults in their lives, but we struggle through somehow and a child's laughter can make up for a lot of idiocy.

I agree! I'd put this in my top 3 of annoying television programs.
Luckily, this show has never caught on with my kids. Small miracles...
For years I've called him Square Bob, Sponge Pants just because it annoyed my children.
Unfortunate newstip: mine our still teenagers and watch this silly program. Seems somethings never die . . . or at least don't die soon enough!
No need to watch the clip. Everytime I go to my sisters house, thats all that is ever playing on the TV. You're right, it is annoying!!
I have seen that episode a few times, we find the show to be so stupidly funny that it's irresistible! Better than Barney any day!
