I'm with Bubba's sis, I think the cat is after the mouse. The problem is that laptops just don't have great mice for cats to play with. You just can't bat around a trackball or touchpad the way you could bat around either type of old fashioned mice.

I think there is something far more interesting on the floor in between the couch and the table or maybe he just wants to nuzzle the keyboard. I know I enjoy a good keyboard nuzzle occasionally.
