Conversations With A Four Year Old

I had just goten out of the bathtub and was standing naked.

Her: Mommy, I see your duty.
(I was curious as to what "duty" meant since we call her "stuff" her toot toot.

Me: My duty, what's that?

Her: Your toot toot.

Me: Why's mine called a duty and yours a toot toot?!

Her: Cause yours has fur and mine don't!

I began to laugh hysterically and quickly dressed my duty!

That's adorable! I just love what kids come up with! :-)

BTW - thanks for the postcard - I just received it this past Thursday! I don't know what the heck is with Canadian mail these days!! I think we must have reverted back to the horse and cart or something :-)

But thanks, it was very sweet of you!

That was funny but cute. Kids can say anything and they can get away with it. When they speak they are all coming from the heart. I remember once there was a show titled "Kids Say The Darndest Things"
Thanks for passing by.
