What a scream. I've heard many times that police officers DON'T want to be completely hidden when they stake out a speed trap. This ensures that only the most blatant speeders get caught because everyone else pays attention.
Either way, if it makes people thing, then it's a good thing.

I don't know where this was taken. I got this photo from a site by clicking "funny pictures". I just thought that it was probably a true depiction of most small towns in the US.
