How many folks out there are starting a new diet plan, or changing their exercise routine, or eating habits?

ME!!!!! I am making a promise to myself to get on my stepper everyday...whether it be for 5 or 30 mins..what ever time my day allows!!!

There's a lady at work who has decided to get everyone in the office to get fit...

She's driving me crazy. We have walking schedules, assigned breakfast donations, goal sheets and 15 minute meetings...

I say that to say...we might not be doing it for long...she's clearly not doing any work...and she'll be fired soon...

there goes my motivation!! :)

I haven't started anything new really, but I am going to start physical therapy for my left side to get it stronger. From my pinched nerve that is.

i am still in curves, not new, but eating better or trying to at least. i went to ww for years and know what to do, it's just wanting to do it! sigh..... bee
