Traditions

It's always been a tradition in our family to make a pot of black eyed peas to eat on New Year's Day. I think they bring prosperity. What are your New Year's traditions?

Me, too! Beans and cornbread! This year though for the first time, I'm doing ham and cabbage.

I've never had black eyed peas before but I'm sure it's great.

A favorite tradition of ours is eating 12 grapes during New Year's Eve to represent 12 good months for the coming year.
