More Boxes
Last night I got 4 more boxes packed! : )
The only thing is that I am running out of places to pile boxes. We are so cramped for space as it is where we are.
I got the desk packed up. That was a chore, I'm tellin' ya! How do things pile up so easily? I had a notebook from JC Penny gift registry where I had signed up for their wedding registry! We just celebrated our 7 year anniversary last month, so that tells ya how old that thing was!! Heh heh...
Anyhow, I got two trashbags full of trash and 4 boxes full of treasures. *LOL*
So, that's one step closer.
We're going to have to buy a new desk 'cause the one we have is old and the drawers were broken etc. So, we're going to buy a new one to take to the new house and just burn this one. It was a good incentive to get in there and get things gone through, though. I left out stamps, envelopes, paper, etc for use in the next couple of weeks. But, hopefully I won't need anything else I packed up.
This weekend, I plan to tackle the one closet that we didn't get cleaned out when I nested during pregnancy. It contains a file cabinet that we aren't planning on taking so I will have to condense some files into one cabinet. I'll have my work cut out for me. I plan on doing that maybe this weekend while hubby is out of town and I'll leave the kids with grandma.
We're getting closer...baby steps!!
