Well, I finally did it! I have been saying for a couple of years now that I was going to go visit my best friend in Baltimore...now I finally am going to do it. I booked the tickets this morning. I am VERY excited. Since I am pregnant, I wanted to go pretty soon so that I wouldn't be too big while traveling. Hopefully I won't bet too uncomfortable. We'll see. I am very excited to meet all of the people she talks about in her e-mails and blog and to be in her environment. It should be great fun!! I will be gone 4 days, so I know I will miss my baby girl and my honey bun while I am gone. But, it'll be fun to get away!
On a different note...an update on Max the puppy: He's still outside. He likes it out there. He comes in when we all get home in the afternoons and we feed him and he plays a little bit, but otherwise he is outside. He sleeps outside and gets to play during the day instead of being cooped up all day. I think it is working out much better for everyone this way. I wonder if we could take this $60 kennell cage we bought at wal-mart back and get credit for it? Doesn't look like we'll need it now.
Mmmm...some warm hot chocolate on a cold winter's day. It was in the 70s yesterday. Today is is in the 30s! Crazy Arkansas weather. If ya don't like it today, stick around...ya might like it tomorrow. ; )
