Emily Gives Me A New Pedi
Friday night as Emily slept, I polished her toe nails. I used to paint Shelby's toes all of the time when she was a baby/toddler but there seems to be little to no time to do so with Emily. So, I took the opportunity while Tyler was gone to Grandma's house to paint Emily's toes.
I was relaxing on Saturday morning by drinking some coffee, watching Avatar, and catching up on Facebook. Multitasking as usual of course. Emily decided that she wanted to do a bit of artwork on my toes! I knew that she was playing with my toes, I felt her doing so, but the last time I had looked at her she had a medicine dropper in her hands so I assumed she was pretending to paint my freshly pedicured toes. In reality, my assumption was very wrong! When I looked down, THIS is what I saw:

BTW-it's genius to paint their nails while they sleep! Maybe this has been a Mommy secret for some time and that's why I don't know it...but wow-what a great idea!!!
