Looking at the Sky on Friday

Photobucket

Thanks to those of you who left comments last week.  My apologies for not having a photo.  It was a long week and I just didn't have the time or energy to find a photo to post. This week I got a jump start on it because I knew with the time change it would be a tough week. The only good thing I've noticed so far with daylight savings time is that we are leaving just as the sun is rising and I've captured some beautiful sunrises like the one you see pictured above.  So, thanks so much to all of you who were concerned about the lack of a photo on last week's post.  I always appreciate comments when folks drop by and sign McLinky.  I get them via my Blackberry, but if you just leave a link and no comment I might not know you've been here until later when I can get online.

The beauty of pink and purple is divine. The buds on the trees are about to sprout, and the sky is full of the bold colors of Spring. Easter is not too far away, these colors a lovely reminder of the season to arrive shortly...

That's a lovely sunrise!

Today our sky is grey again, but this week we've had sun for a couple of days at least.

I keep telling myself I should get up early enough to go out with the camera and get some sunrise shots but alas, the only days I can manage to get up at that time is on the days I have to drag myself to work and there's no time to stop and take pictures. I know I'm missing one of the most beautiful parts of the day but I am just SO not a morning person!

I've got a sky picture up myself today but didn't sign the linky as it's almost midnight and I worked so had no chance to visit anyone else. Next week maybe??
