Whirlwind Weekend and Weigh In Results

What a whirlwind of a weekend. Lots of time was spent with family, extended family, and friends.

Reagen celebrated her 2nd birthday.

She refused to open ANY gifts in bags.
Gift wrapped only!!

We showered a mom-to-be with gifts.
Angela (Deedee) on the left with her daughter, Magen
on the right who is expecting her first child very soon.

We woke up this morning to more white stuff on the ground. I know our 4 inches isn't much to my B/F/F Becca's 30+ in Baltimore but it was enough to shut down the school for the day. So, pray for my sanity as I'm "snowed in" with the kiddos again.  Maybe we should consider looking at some Fort Wayne real estate to get away from Snowy Arkansas! *LOL

I had my Monday morning weigh in this morning with more good results. Since Monday, January 4, 2010 I have lost ten pounds! I am very proud of my accomplishment. When I weighed in this morning, I was at the weight I recorded the last day I weighed in when I was dieting back in the summer. It's been a slow process, but I really like doing Weight Watchers more than following the low carb lifestyle. The weight doesn't come off as quickly, but I feel like there are more food choices with the Weight Watchers plan and it's easier to feed my entire family by doing a plan like this. Thanks to everyone for your support and words of encouragement.

Have a great week, everyone and don't forget to click HERE to enter my current give-away!

First off, congratulations on the weight loss!! You're doing great!

Second, so sorry to hear that you're snowed in with the kids again. I know how much school means to a mom's sanity no matter how much you may love your kids. Sending my condolences your way!!

Good for the weigh in. You are indeed doing wonderfully. Weight Watchers does have lots of choices.

I hope you do well having the kiddos home from school. I remember looking forward to some quiet time while school was in session. I vividly remember that.

Have a terrific day Tisha. Big hug. :)

Happy bithday to Reagan. Thankfully we don't have have snow!

Well done on the weight loss. Since we got back off the cruise on the 28th Jan I have lost 9lbs - I think most of it must have been water! I am determined this time though - only about 28lbs to go! LOL

The snow looks so pretty. As sad as it is to say with all the weather, I wish it snowed here more often.

Congrats on the weight loss babe!

Congratulations on your weight loss, Tisha!

I know that snowed-in days can be difficult! Been there.

Hope it's going OK for you.

wow, congrats on the weight loss!

I try to keep the balance: do not eat/drink more than you consume.

If I slip from that during the weekend, I force myself back on track on Monday...
