She's not so little anymore

Shelby had her Kindergarten screening this morning. She was very excited and thanks to the wonderful teacher's she's had at her daycare she didn't have any problems with the questions she was asked. We are waiting around until 2 for her to get a round of immunization shots that she must have before starting school in August. I snapped this photo of her and the kitten "JJ" this morning. For those of you who might remember this kitten was a stray who we fed one night and stuck around. We have since discovered that JJ is a girl. She has some kittens of her own now, somewhere. She still comes around and lets us feed her and love on her, but she's an outside kitty. We all like it better this way.

She looks so grown up!

Thanks for reminding me that I need to call and make a doctor's appointment for Eli. I keep putting that off. They didn't really do a screening for him. They just gave the kids an art project using scissors and kind of observed them.
