Is This Arkansas?!?!

Unfortunately I live in the blue shaded area!!!

In the great state of Arkansas, normally this time of year our temperatures are in the 60s. Tuesday we had record snowfall for our state. Thankfully it had been in the 70s on Sunday so the roads and ground were warm and it didn't get too bad where I live. Other parts of the state weren't so lucky. But, now here we are bracing for possibly another winter storm. The worst part about it is that Tyler came home from school this afternoon running a fever and holding his ear. I think that he has an ear infection. If we get sleet/ice mixed with snow tonight and then snow tomorrow I'm sure the driving conditions aren't going to be so great for taking him to the doctor. It's going to be a long weekend if we're stuck here iced in...IN MARCH!!! I might be online looking for some good vacation deals before all is said and done! Could someone tell me when Spring is going to get here because right now it ain't looking so good from here!

NTX too!
Who knew?
We shut down when there is ICE - now we have real snow - like 4 inches, though this morning it is all melting away. . . poor snowmen . . .

What Empress Bee said. I'm sorry that winter won't go away. It appears there is going to be a lot of states affected by this storm. Hope all goes well. Poor Tyler. I so remember my son getting these ear infections all the time. You feel so helpless. :)

You can keep the snow down your way. We're supposed to get between 2 and 4 inches of rain in the next 24 hours and I think that's what throwing my back all out of whack as I can't think of any other reason for it to be aching so bad.

I can't wait for this winter to end - it's been downright strange and way too long as far as I'm concerned.

Hope Tyler feels better soon, poor little guy.

Isn't March 21 the first day of spring? So that's what...only two weeks away?

Hang in there. Hope your little guy doesn't suffer too much.
