The Little Rock Nine

Today marks the 50th year anniversary of the integration of
Central High School in Little Rock, Arkansas.
These students who were escorted into the school by federal agents were
later known as"The Little Rock Nine".
There was a commemoration ceremony today in their honor.
How much have we really changed in 50 years?

I think we've changed lawfully-that everyone has the same legal rights to things. But there are unfortunate cases in which blacks and whites still have hatred for each other, in my mind, for no reason at all.

We've come a long way in some cases, but we still have LOTS more to do.
