Friday's Feast

My 28th Feast
Feasting Headquarters ~ Left Overs

Appetizer:
Describe your laundry routine. Do you have a certain day when you do it all, or do you just wash whatever you need for the next day? Daily, or at least every other day I try to do a load or two. That keeps it from piling up and having to spend a whole day playing catch up!

Soup:
In your opinion, what age will you be when you’ll consider yourself to truly be old?
I turn 30 this year...once upon a time I thought THAT was old. So, I guess as long as it's ten or twenty years ahead of me, I'll think it's old. For now, I think 30 is the new 20, right?! *sigh*

Salad:
What is one of your goals? Is it short-term, long-term, or both?
To raise happy, healthy children and have them look back on their childhood with happiness and fond memories. I would like to be able to one day retire with my husband before we're OLD (heh heh) and travel across the globe.

Main Course:
Name something unbelievable you’ve seen or read lately.
While we were gone to Texas two weeks ago, the pump quit on our swimming pool. We came home and the water was horribly green and slimy. The replacement pump finally came in Wednesday. I plugged it in and put some chemicals in there. This morning it is almost crystal clear again! I thought we'd have to drain it and start over! Whew...I'm glad we didn't.

Dessert:
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being highest, how happy are you today?

I'd have to give it a 9...It's Friday ya'll!! :)

Have you heard, 60 in the new 40!! One word of advise, don't wait until you retire to travel or do anything else. You never know what lies ahead. Enjoy today to its fullest!!!!

Oh to be thirty again. I turn the big 4-0 next month. Not too happy about. I sure do not feel 40 or look 40. That is a good thing.

Have a great weekend.

Stay cool. :o)

Thirty seems a lot younger than it used to, right? I just turned thirty....just saying it feels weird. Here's to the next 30 years being happy and healthy!

The older I get the less I think about 'old age'.

I love the experiences I've gained through the years and I wouldn't trade that against all the 'non-gray' hair.

Oh, I loved 30 BTW. I finally felt old enough to tell everyone where to get off. 40 was even better.
