Saturday Surprise
Today I got up and took the kiddos out to my mom's house. Hubby had to work. He owns his own plumbing business and they had to finish up a job before Monday so he and the crew had to work today. Tomorrow, I'm going to put him to work. We're going to get out and work in the yard. I know he'll be so happy to do so! Anyhow, back to my story...it was my step father's birthday last weekend and my sister in law's this weekend; Happy Birthday, Papaw and Amanda. So, we were supposedly going to celebrate this. But, the big surprise was that my little brother came in for a visit! He's still in Texas doing his training. I don't know all of the basic, technical terms, I just know that he got something in the mail while I was there and he's certified as a nurse or something of that sort with the training that he has. He got a pretty cool bag with lots of medical stuff in it. He was like a kid in a candy store showing us all of his medical supplies in his bag. Anyhow, once again, I just want to say how proud I am of my little brother. Here's a pic we took today. We were all staring at the sun, so we're squinty eyed.
