Song Requests

This morning in the truck my daughter and I were listening to my Ipod through my stereo speakers with the neat gadget that hubby got me for Christmas. I was taking requests from my four year old. My daughter, I'm sure not much different from other four year olds can never remember the name, artist, or much else about a song. I should just know what song she likes since I know everything else, like when she's not full, not sleepy, etc. She likes Nickelback's "Rock Star". She calls it the hair cut song. In the song, there's a line that says, "I'd even cut my hair and change my name". She likes The Cha Cha Slide. She called it the "Clap Song". Are ya with me now?
Well, she proceeds to tell me that she wants to hear "The Car Song". I gasp because at this time I cannot decipher which song this is!!! Aaack! I started naming off random songs that I knew she liked. Finally she said, in a rather disgusted tone, "Mom don't you know what I'm talkin' 'bout? The one with three guys and one has messed up hair!" I laughed and immediately scrolled through my list of artists to find Rascal Flatts and their rendition of "Life is A Highway", from the soundtrack of the Disney movie, Cars.
