Friday Night
We went out with some friends Friday night. We had mexican before we went dancing. It was lots of fun. We went to a place that played a lot of oldies music. But, they played a little Nelly, Lil' John, Black eyed peas in between. They even grooved with some MC Hammer. But, anyhow when they did play some fun music to dance to, we got out there and got our groove thing on. I must say that since I have lost a few pounds I was feeling good about myself, so I got out there and had a great time. Well, after a few dances this chick comes up to me and asks me if I am there with a guy. I told her yes. (we'd been dancing earlier, but I think they'd just gotten there) She proceeded to tell me that one of her guy friends had been "lusting" over me and she wanted to ask for him. I then showed her my ring finger. She said, oh...sorry. : )
Now, being a married mother of two, this was VERY flattering! I never did see what the guy looked like. I am assuming that he was very HOT! I chose not to look for him 'cause I didn't want to be disappointed. *LOL*
But, wherever you are (even if it was just a joke) THANKS for making an old married woman's night!! ; )
