Thank You

to everyone for their well wishes, thoughts and prayers throughout my pregnancy. Thanks for the wonderful comments about my beautiful babies. I have to agree with everyone. We do make pretty children. : )

So far things at home are going well. We are all adjusting.
Big sister likes to think she rules the roost. She wants to help do everything. She thinks that if baby brother is awake that she needs to be his primary care giver. *LOL* She has been going to day care during the day because I don't think that I could handle all of the "help" she gives ALL day long. It is also giving Tyler and myself time to adjust to our changing lives.

It is far different having a second child than having a first. With the first one we had company in and out all of the time. My mom and my mother in law were a big help with the first one. With this one, I've pretty much been on my own. My mother in law did come on the first day we were home and cooked dinner for us, which was nice. She spent the day with me as well. But, other than that we haven't had very many visitors. I guess most people just want to give us our bonding time and time to adjust. That's okay, but man it sure gets lonely around here all day! Ah well...gives me more time with Tyler, I guess.

Delivery wasn't as smooth with this one as the first. I did get an epidural, but unfortunately by the time the guy got there to give it to me, I had progressed too far and too quickly, so it didn't have time to catch up until after I had delivered! *LOL* So, you can pretty much say I had a natural delivery and my friends it ain't pretty! I wasn't as nice as I was last time. I was about ready to rip everyone's head off. All I could think about was getting that kid out of me. I didn't care who was present at time of delivery...I know that nurse asked me 10 times who I wanted in there. Frankly, my dear I don't give a damn!! You and the dr is all I need to get this show on the road! Heh heh But, anyhow mom was there and so was Brien. They were amazed at how beautiful he was and how big he was. He's perfect with all of his fingers and toes. Who could ask for more!?

Anyhow, I wanted to kinda update, cause I haven't been online much lately...funny how time slips away! But, I really do hope that you all realize how mucy your wonderful comments mean to all of us. It is great to know we have friends like you and that you all care so much. I'll keep posting pictures as I take 'em. Bec, when I get out and about to wal-mart I'll get some printed up and get them in the mail to you. : )

Have a great day everyone!
