40 weeks
Well, today is "the day".
Today is the projected delivery date of my child. For some odd reason I woke up around midnight. I had some good ole' indigestion, so I got up and ate some tums and thought to myself I might as well post a blog. I knew that at least one person would be wondering how I was. ; ) You know who you are!!!
Anyhow...no more contractions to speak of. I've had a few uncomfortable moments, but nothing leading to the big D!
I did get out yesterday in the yard with my husband and help out doing some yard work. I did quite a bit. In fact, we were both pretty tickled at how much we accomplished. It'd been a while since I had gotten out there and done any manual labor. I was pretty tired after the fact. I was disappointed as well. I was sure that I would go into labor from all of the work. Heh heh
I did get stung by a red wasp too. That was quite exciting. Brien was on the other side of the yard and I was on the deck and I started yelling and screaming. He was on the phone with one of his buddies and he just yelled, I gotta go and ran to my aid. I am not really allergic to them. It got me near my left wrist, though and it's pretty sore and swollen. I can't bend my wrist. It feels like a really bad bruise near my wrist. So, if I do go into the hospital today, it'll be tough for them to stick me in that arm with an IV.
Well, I'll try to keep posted on any new happenings if there's time. I am not going to go back to work, I don't guess. My boss was gone last week, but I don't think he expects me in today, but I will call and confirm before time for me to get there. Just in case!
I hope you all have a great week and a SUPER Monday. Maybe today's the day?! Keep your fingers crossed.

Maybe you will go in labor today or tomorrow. I check your blog every day to find out if the little guy has came yet.
Manuel Labor, isn't he the President of Mexico?
Thanks, Renee! : )
David...you're so crazy.
How do you do it Renee?!!
